International Orders

Shipping & Delivery:

  1. Standard shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout depending on the cart weight and shipping country. We do not add any markup on the shipping charges.
  2. After successful order completion, we take 2-4 business working days (Monday-Friday) to ship the orders from our warehouse.
  3. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will be notified on your registered email ID along with a tracking link having an estimated date of delivery. You will receive regular updates from our third-party courier partners till the package is delivered at your doorstep. In case of any unforeseen delay, you will be duly notified and updated from our end as well as the courier company.
  4. Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted for international orders.
  5. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. In any case you are unable to receive the shipment due to duty issues, we shall not be liable for it.
  6. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of importation. BEATNIK is not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient.
  7. Prices are NOT inclusive of custom duty, shipping charges or any additional charges that may levy.
  8. Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country name and Zip code. Any alteration in the recipient’s address will not be entertained once the package has been dispatched. For any changes in the order details, kindly write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.


  1. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Any alteration in the recipient’s address/cancellation of orders will not be entertained once the package has been dispatched.


We do not accept return/exchange requests for International orders at the time. However, if you have by any chance received a defective item, kindly mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
